Refund & Cancellation

Vision.X provides custom, made-to-order services. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work so there are no surprises.

Nature of our services

Our work — websites, content, growth and automation — is bespoke and produced specifically for each client. Because work begins on a custom basis after a proposal is accepted, fees are linked to the work actually carried out.

Cancelling a project

  • Before work begins — if you cancel before we start, any advance is refundable, less any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g. domains, licences, paid tools).
  • After work begins — you may cancel at any time. Fees for work completed up to the cancellation date, plus non-recoverable third-party costs, are payable; any remaining balance from an advance is refunded.

What is non-refundable

  • Work already completed and delivered or approved.
  • Third-party costs paid on your behalf (domains, hosting, stock, licences, ad spend).
  • Discounted or fixed-scope packages once the work has commenced, except as required by law.

How to request a refund

Email admin@visionx-ai.com with your project name and reason. We review every request fairly and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original bank account, typically within 7–10 business days.
