Who we are

Vision.X AI Marketing Agency (“Vision.X”, “we”, “us”) is a sole proprietorship based in India, providing website design, content, growth marketing and automation services through visionx-ai.com.

Our services

Vision.X designs and builds websites, produces content, and sets up growth and automation systems for businesses. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any project are agreed in a written proposal or statement of work before work begins; that proposal, together with these terms, forms our agreement.

Quotes, fees & payment

• Fees are stated in your proposal and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless noted.
• Unless agreed otherwise, projects begin on receipt of the agreed advance, with the balance due per the milestones in the proposal.
• Payment is made by bank transfer to the account named in your invoice. We do not collect card or banking credentials on this website.
• Late or non-payment may pause work and delay delivery.

Client responsibilities

To deliver on time we rely on you to provide timely content, approvals, access and feedback, and to warrant that any material you supply (text, images, logos, data) is lawful and that you have the right to use it. You are responsible for the final review and approval of deliverables.

Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, except for third-party assets (fonts, libraries, stock, plugins) which remain under their own licences, and our pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how, which remain ours. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Revisions, cancellation & refunds

Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included; work beyond scope is quoted separately. Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Third-party platforms

Our work may rely on third-party platforms and services (e.g. hosting, Google, Meta, analytics and automation tools). Their availability, policies and pricing are outside our control, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Warranties & liability

We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is”, and Vision.X is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for results such as specific rankings, traffic, leads or revenue, which depend on many factors outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the work giving rise to it.

Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jalandhar, Punjab.
